Paperwork Package for British & Irish passport holders – only €200

While some brides opt to plan their weddings independently, navigating the booking process and legal paperwork can be a daunting task, especially with the abundance of conflicting and inaccurate information available online, particularly post-Brexit. The complexity of paperwork has increased, requiring documents to be apostilled by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, which entails specific and stringent guidelines for acceptance. To alleviate concerns, we offer a comprehensive information pack ensuring accurate preparation of your documents and successful apostillation.

For these brides, our paperwork package provides peace of mind by verifying and assisting in obtaining the marriage license, while allowing the freedom to plan your wedding independently. Additionally, British Passport holders residing outside both the UK and Cyprus face additional challenges with legal papers, and we’re equipped to provide specific guidance.

Moreover, recent regulations mandate that all marriage certificates be apostilled in Cyprus, a service we provide for you.

Wedding Package Contents:-

Paperwork Package for non British & Irish passport holders – only €300

The document requirements can be more complicated for non-British passport holders, and many couples from outside Europe will also require apostilles on their marriage certificate.  We will give you all the correct advice and get your paperwork checked by the Marriage Officer before you arrive in Cyprus.

1. Book the wedding venue and Marriage Officer.
2. Full paperwork advice & sample documents.
3. Document checking service. We will take the papers to the Town Hall to be checked and approved by the marriage officer before you arrive in Cyprus
4. Send your paperwork to Town Hall for preparation of your file.
5. Book your license application appointment at the Town Hall.
6. Escort you to the Town Hall to obtain your license and to the local court for an affidavit if required.
7. Arrange for the necessary Apostilles on your marriage certificate after the wedding

Please note that the license fees, additional registrar fees for a non Town Hall wedding and venue hire fees are not included in this option.

It may take a while to obtain the apostille on your marriage certificate after the wedding as we have to make an appointment with the relevant ministry.  If you have already left Cyprus by the time this is complete we will send your certificate to your home address by registered post or DHL (extra charge for DHL).

Many couples who select this option travel to Cyprus without any wedding guests, so if you would like us to provide the 2 legally required witnesses for the ceremony we will be happy to do this for a small extra fee. We can also provide a ceremony only wedding photography package to record memories of your special day.

Simple Town Hall Civil Wedding Package for British & Irish passport holders 23/24 – only €833.50 (Paphos)   €853.50 (Peyia)

A simple Town Hall wedding for 2 people.

Wedding Package Contents:-
